FRONT RUNNING BASTARDS - The +/-11km Tinmen run, reserved for experienced runners, will take place in the jungle hills around the Bang Wan Dam. Elevation gain on both legs: +/- 900m
- It consists of a first leg of 5.5 km and a second leg of 5km without checks or falsies during the second one. Both legs may be completed between one and a half and two hours.
- Hikers should allow up to three hours for the 11km trail.
WALKERS & HIKERS - The 4,5K hike for walkers will be easy along the trail in the lower parts of the hills, through plantations and jungle.

Location: Thalang - Near AC fishing park 3rd edition

Head north on the 402 highway towards the airport. 750m past Thalang lights junction turn left just before the overhead bridge HHH. Follow the winding road for 1.7km and go straight at the junction HHH. Follow the road for further 1.2km then go straight at the 4-way junction onto the dead end road in the direction of the Fishing Lake HHH.
Continue along the road (past the Fishing Lake) onto the dusty track for 2 km until you reach the laager.
