Misdirections: From Prince of Songkhla University, take road to Chalong direction. Almost immediately after first bend, cross to the right and follow HHH signs up hill (very steep). From Chalong, go towards Island Furniture. Take new road to left (Honda on corner). Go almost to far end of the divided highway and turn sharp left at HHH sign. Follow signs up very steep hill.
Costs: Run fees are 60 baht for members, 100 baht for non-members and 20 baht for children. Bus fares are 50 baht return for Thai People, 70 baht return for others and children ride for free. Registration starts about 2.00pm. The bus will leave from the Expat Hotel, Patong at 2:30pm SHARP every Saturday. For runs north of Heroine's Roundabout, there will be an additional pick up at about 2.50pm at Ban Rim Klong, Kamala. For runs in the south of the island, there will be an additional pick up at about 2.50pm at the Little Expat, Kathu.

Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the truck load of toys, gifts, clothes and shoes which recently came up to Baan Tharn Namchai. I'm sure you can imagine how happy the kids were to receive New Year gifts, new clothes and toys for the play room. You've seen lots of pictures of the kids so here are some of the other happy recipients of your gifts. Our staff don't earn a lot of money and there are a lot of poor old people in the local village who also receive help from you through us. Many many thanks to you all from 62 children, Rotjana, all the staff and several local people. Oh and me of course Necrophylia.
